You shouldnt.

You will probably have to reactivate the ones you had to in the beginning though. If those apps require.

If all goes well, your apps should still be there after you upgrade (providing you don't brick your phone =P) so all you need to do is use them again and set the permissions.

I did the upgrade just today and had no problems. :-)

Just follow the instructions carefully and the upgrade should go flawless.

hey all, Did my first upgrade today and lost all my apps. Nothing there at all, did my backup once so still have my contacts but even lost my browser until I did a hard reset and got that back. Lost all pre-installed pics and games, anything I can do??

Did you back them up separately as described in the upgrade instructions?

You do lose the preloaded wallpapers, saving memory.

To those that upgrade, once complete, also resend your service books, and register the host routing table.

I never used em anyways, always a theme pic or a downloaded Wallpaper.

Likewise, they were completely useless to me and took up a huge amount of device memory, that and the BlackBerry sample video are the biggest...
