I realize that if you PIN it does not cost you anything from the same area code. Is this true if you PIN someone in a different area code or country?

So, if you are on Robbers er Rogers, what does your data plan consist of DFerreira? "Pinning" uses data hence the data plan question.

No worries. It caught me eye actually when the OP had "if you PIN it does not cost you anything from the same area code" in his post. So, I knew it was Rogers, and too much "pinning" might be an issue.
