    Simple answer yes.

I have an 8310 running 4.5.0.81(and have gone through a number of other OSs) and have had zero trouble.

Just upgraded my 8320 to 4.5 and put in an 8 gb sd card. Best Buy was having a sale at $49 and I took an internet flyer in from New Egg and they Best Buy matched Egg's price of $36. Cool.

I just put the sandisk 8gb into my blackberry 8330 and it reads it. What is the Sandisk 'adapter' for? It came with the 8gb memory card.

You can use it so that a normal sd card reader will be able to get to the files on the micro sd card
