Do i just have a bad Curve or are these widespread findings?



1. My wife's trackball on her 1 year old Pearl is smooth as butter and "tight". My brand new Curve is kinda rough and "looser" than hers.

2. The Pearl keys are much more quality feel than the Curve.

3. My Curve USB port is flaky. Intermittent cuts in and out since i opened the box 2 days ago. In fact, charging it for the first time was an adventure in crinking the cable just right.......Is this defect common?



before you say it, yes I am taking this to the VZ store for a checkup....just wondering what is normal, and what is a defect...

Sounds like a defect...

Warranty exchange!! I have heard of loose USB ports (which is the defective part of your unit). The trackball and the keypad seem to be normal...

Definatley defective, return right away I have had the pearl and curve and I can tell you that the curve is a higher quality phone.
