i got the purple trackball and black ring from cnn.cn. The total with shipping came out to 9.75

so yeah how does one make the KEYS light up in purple? i love that idea!

You would need to find some purple colored cellophane or clear plastic and cut small pieces of it out and tape it over your LEDs under your keyboard. Or just use clear plastic and color it with a purple sharpie (do they make purple sharpies?).
