    I had a BB8310 which prompt me to validate work email account everytime.I did not change my domain password.First couple of months the account worked fine.Please advise on this!

    Ok, This can be a couple of things then.

    1. log into the BIS site for your carrier and resend service books.

    2. The problem might be that BIS is having issues authenticating to your email.

    3. Delete the email source in the BIS and recreate it.

    4. battery reset your device.

    Try these and post back with results.

    I have tried the procedures in vain. Still prompt to validate account after a short time after recreaction

    I did resolve the problem by changing the domain password then recreate the email account.
