ok so i would love to comment on all the cool new features that the new os offers but i am having problems upgrading. i downloaded it to my computer, and i went through the instructions that were given to me but after i unplugged my bb nothing was changed. i know i followed the instructions right. idk. maybe i did it wrong, has anyone else had this problem?

yeah i checked. it still says 4.3.
i did tried like 3 times and nothing.

hmm well i am still runnin 4.2 i got the phone yesterday. i am lookin to see it there is a way to get it to update on the mobile browser but not havein any luck yet. i have been ghostin for about 3 weeks to see if i wanted a BB or a iPhone. and i chose BB due to a few better things. and iPhones screen breaks a lot and they are $3-600 to fix
