Hey All,

I have a T-Mobile Blackberry 8320 with 4.5.0.81. I have since moved to Vodafone and am trying to upgrade to Vodafone's 4.5.0.161.

The steps I followed were:

1. Installed Blackberry Desktop Manager 5.0
2. Installed Blackberry Device Software 4.5.0.162
3. Deleted the Vendor.xml file
4. Connected Blackberry via USB and opened Application Loader
5. Did Update Software
6. Hit Start
7. It goes through the 4 tasks and comes back
8. Once I hit Update, it comes back and says "4.5.0.162 Available"
9. I hit update, it does some searching and comes backing saying "No update found"

I've been trying to get this phone to update for a few weeks now with absolutely no luck.

Remove DM and install 4.5 or 4.6,
