    I have been trying to get this issue resolved for 2 weeks...with no luck.

    The company I work for uses a BES for use with the corporate owned blackberries. They denied my request to be setup on the BES because I own the blackberry. Because of that, I have to use BIS. I receive all emails and can reply to any internal work email (@workdomainname.com), however I can't reply to any external email (ie. My wife sends an email from her work to my work email. I receive it but can't reply.) The error message is "message included an invalid address". This happens for all external email.

    This morning I tried to setup the Blackberry Desktop Redirector. I tried using this also.....but it doesn't seem to be functioning properly and I have the following error message: "Disable - Status: Verifying forwarding address".

    I've spent hours on the phone with verizon and blackberry tech support, but nothing has been fixed. My companies help desk also can't help.
