I transferred a bunch of songs from a cd (converted to mp3) on to the bb. Instead of picking up the names, I just get "audio file 1.mp3" etc. However, when I go into file manager for the card they are stored on to change the name, all the names are correct. Any thoughts?

You need to use a program on your computer to edit the TAGS of the songs. This is the information that is read as opposed to the file name.

Do a google search for an ID3 editor. I use audioshell. It adds an extension to windows explorer, and allows you to change tags right in the files properties
