I just got my curve couple of days ago. I have been trying to email pics i took from my phone to my email account for the past 3 days but it can't seem to send the pic. This is only happening with pics not anything else. I have been emailing people on a regular basis and it works fine. I just can't email pics for some reason. Can anyone help me?
I see it the inbox, I can tell that the bberry is trying to send it but it never seems to go though. You know how it first appears in your inbox when the bberry is sending it and then all of the sudden it disappears when the email is sent? Well mine seem to stay in the inbox and doesn't go away until i delete the email. The size of the pic is 59kb. I had a pearl before this curve and it emailed the pics fine. Never gave me a problem.
I had this issue. When you switched from the Pearl to the Curve, did you ensure that you properly completed the device switch, including setting up your email on your new phone? That is what was wrong with mine....
I did, I actually had to re enter both of my email addresses in the curve. I can send text emails just fine, but emails that include pics never seem to go through from the phone. I think I should call T mobile and b*itch them out lol. My pearl was through AT&T and I recently switched over to T mobile and got this curve.
