I bought an unblocked bb8310 in the beggining of this month on Mobile etc. at Florida Mall, but the calls keep cracking and so I can't hear very well and neither does the person on the other end. I live in Rio, Brasil, so I can not just go back there and try to return. Does anybody knows how can I fix this?

You can try Menu/Options/Phone Options/Enhanced Audio. Enable Automatic Volume Control. Phone Call Audio to Boost Treble, Headset Audio to Boost Treble. If this doesn't work try pulling the battery while it is on. Try inserting and removing the headphone jack into the receptacle a few times. Some times it doesn't fully de activate from headphone mode. Keep me posted how it does.
