I know this question has come up in these forums before, but the last definitive answer on it (that I've found) was from 2008, and I'm hoping that the situation has improved since then.
The problem is that the Blackberry organizer apparently doesn't allow multiple folders for contacts, tasks, etc. I do know that it's possible to map multiple Outlook folders to my handheld contacts and tasks. But in the first place, that hasn't worked too well for me because my Desktop Manager only recognizes four of my Outlook task folders - I have a few more than that, which get ignored. In the second place, and more importantly: I want to have all my contacts and task folders on my handheld, not one big catch-all for each!
So: has this multiple Outlooks folder situation improved at all?
