I look at too much porn with this phone. does anyone know how i can totally delete my browser? Surely it can be done. I called sprint and they said they couldnt do it. I have a blackberry 8330...and love it by the way!

i want to delete it all together. tried deleting the service book, didnt help. it comes back. I have struggled with this since i got the phone. i got filters on my computer but not on the phone. Not sure if you want to prevent yourself from browsing porn sites or, simply want to hide your tracks (so to speak). If hiding your tracks is what you want, then simply delete your browsing history after each episode. If you're trying to keep yourself from the obvious temptation, then you might want to seek professional help.
i've gotten professional help. Thanks. and they told me to get rid of the phone. But i love everything else about the phone so i dont want to do it. But i guess i'll have too if i cant delete the browser. i had to get a data plan with the bb. otherwise they wont sell you one...

I'd like many of you to come forth with your addictions and problems like this guy here has. It's a major disappointment that you people are judging this guy. He is asking for help how to delete the browser, not if he should seek additional help.
Most of the B.S. about it being an addiction is to keep so-called professionals employed.
Do you peruse porn in front of your boss? Your loved ones? At the dinner table?
You make a choice, take responsibility for it, and replace bad habits with good. You feel the urge, rip off 50 situps. Take the focus off of yourself and help someone else.
I bet others would benefit from the time you spend chasing the emptiness you're getting from lack of self-discipline.
My advice is given freely. I won't butter it up for you, but others ive told this to have done better without the touchy-feely routine.
