I have a bb 8320 and wheni try connecting it to the desktop manager it asks for the password which when i input it does not read it and says it is incorrect + i need to remove the IT policy on it any help????!!!

Sure there is a thread on how to remove an IT Policy, or you can use JL_CMNDR and restore to default. You need to know the password or you can jus keep entering the wrong on till it wipes the device.
