I am running 4.2 on my 8310. It was an AT&T phone that I had unlocked and am using with TMobile. I need the Desktop Manager but I'm obviously doing something wrong.
I've gone to blackberry.com/downloads --->Downloads--->BlackBerry� Web Desktop Manager--->Download BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager for BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.0.6 to v4.1.6.
It's not working. I've downloaded it to my PC (With XP), hooked up my USB and transferred it to my Blackberry but nothing shows up. I spent 3+ hours on this yesterday and am about ready to ditch this thing (even though I know it's an operator error!).
PLEASE, someone explain to me exactly what to do as if I were a kindergartener and links if you have them.
