Hi everyone, I hope you can help me... This AM when I plugged my computer and phone into eachother I was advised that an update was available (it's been a while since I'd hooked the two up). I downloaded Version 4.5.0.77 onto my phone, and now there is no bb messengeror bb maps. Does anyone know how I can fix it??? I need my messenger, maybe not the maps but I'd like to get the maps application too. PLEASE advise how I can fix this!! Thanks!

Did a version of your OS install on your PC? If not you'll need to download and install a copy on your pc. Then plug in and start apploader add remove applications, put a check in the box next to messenger and click next to install.

You can also download the app from Rim's site and use DM to install it on your BlackBerry. You get BlackBerry maps the same way as bbm.
