In the process of upgrading and the process appears to be frozen at "Connect to the device ROM" and status bar says " UPloading RAM image". HAsnt changed in 20min. Ive done several of these before and have not had this problem before. Can someone advise me please? Is it safe to disconnect?? Thanks

Well, its been about a half hour and nothing has changed. It never took a half hour on the several leaked OS updates I did on my Storm. But I will wait a little longer then. what will happen if i do pull the cable?

no its still stuck. The device itsself (curve) is completely dark and the Application Loader Wizard is stuck where I said in the OP.
