My BB Curve 8330 just suddenly stopped receiving emails. I didn't add new apps there is nothing I can think of that would have caused this. I just realized I wasn't getting emails when i noticed them on my laptop.
I've updated my email acct in the set up wizard, I've pulled the battery, no change!
resend your service books, find your email settings icon, log in, click help, resend service books, you could also log into verizons BIS from a PC and send them, if you need to also set that up you can call VZW they can resend them and also walk you thru.
I had to do this to mine before, after talking to my service provider they recommended deleting the old ones first, not sure how much of a difference it makes but figured I'd let you know.
