    I recently (today) recorded a video that was about 33 minutes long and when I try to play it, it says "The media being played is of an unsupported format." I search this probably a hundred times and still no clue... plezz help should i give up and delete the video? or can i convert it so i can watch it...

    I have a 8320 curve, with a 2 gb memory card there is no reason why this video shouldn't work since i recorded it with the blackberry itself PLEZ HELP!!!

    Yeah that seems real strange. Maybe try a battery pull if you have not already and try again.

    I'd try putting it on the computer so you can view it while the geniuses figure out a solution.
