my bb wont recieve any new incomming emails unless i pull the battery. never happened before and only started today. please help me. this is a personal berry and i dont have an it dept to ask and fix it. please help
How many times have you had to pull the battery for this issue?
i pulled the battery once and everything started up, the emails come in one right after the other. like i did it at 1230 today and i recieved emails that i shouda gotten last night. maybe i should try that service books thing. i run two emails address on my berry, gmail and optonline. both didnt recieve anything from last night till i pulled the battery. looks like gmail is back to normal but the opt is still lagging more than ususual, it was always slower than gmail. maybe i should try that service books thing, but how would i go about that?
