Hi Everyone,
I am a newbie but catching on things pretty well but am having a problem receiving picture messages with audio from my husband. We have T-Mobile and he is using a Gravity.. I can receive the prompt but it just tells me that I can retrive my message at mytmoble.com... Is there a way to get it on my BB like I could on my old phone (samsung gravity)?? Thanks in advance for your help.

Try sending yourself an MMS. Has worked for me.

I had the same problem and ended up calling T-Mobile. They had me pull the battery and the sim card while they reset my network connection.

I didn't even have to pull the battery and SIM card when I got frustrated enough to call T-Mobile. That was just smoke and mirrors for your benefit. The tech that fixed mine admitted that the settings on the account were set up incorrectly in the first place.
