A while back someone sent me a text message and with it was a pic. I remember opening it but cant remember now how I did it. This is a new 8330 and sprint is the provider.Is there someone that knows how to open pics from a text message?

Pictures are not coming in though SMS(Texting), texting is just that texting. MMS or Multi Media Service is how pictures come to the phone. THey should appear liek a message in your messages icon. If I am not mistaken, I am not sure Sprint support MMS without the 4.5 upgrade. I may be wrong though

Yeah with sprint you'll get a link to PM, its not true MMS, but your able to send them via MMS.

I'm not sure if there is another way, but the way I do it, is when I receive the message of new picture mail, I click on the link and click Get Link. If there is an easier way, I would appreciate info on that method. Thanks..

There isnt another way with sprint, thats the way it is Doesnt bother me at all, I know I have read a thread with people complaining.

I know before I had the Upstage, and it actually sent the image to the phone. But the BB is a much better phone, and I don't mind a few extra steps required to view a pic. It's ALL good..
