ok, i know there has been many posts about this memory issue, but even after reading them and troubleshooting, my phone is very sluggish.

so this my problem:

-browser takes forever to upload pages
-hour glass is constantly coming up when i open simple apps such as sms or email
-camera takes a while to start up around 10 secs or so.
-typing emails is slow, meaning i have to wait til my phone actually types what i input.


These are my apps:

google mobile app
score mobile
facebook
bb messenger
third party bold like theme

This what i have done:

-went through the 101 tutorial on how to increase memory.
-reloaded my os 3 times, plus installed a the latest one.
-wiped my phone with jlcmndr
-deleted all my emails and messages
-allocated memory limit in the media options to be 5mb
-deleted all the applications i have installed

]and still the phone is very sluggish, my other 8310 isn't this slow

currently my file free is at
19930872

now i'm running out of ideas, i don't have a warranty so i can't exchange the phone,

anyone had this happened to them, or can provide me with some help?

Well after I deleted the apps I had about 22xxxxxx free. 19930872 is with my current apps installed. Score mobile facebook,google mobile app, and bbm.

interesting...when i had my curve, i had FB, google maps, bbm, twitter app, and a couple other apps and my file free was still around 24mb and running with no issues.

are you running all those apps in the background?

Try swapping the media cards between your two phones to see if that changes anything.

I am currently not running any apps in the background. Ill give swapping the media card a shot when I get home and let you know

i swapped the media card and still see no improvements.

i swapped the media card and still nothing. i also wiped my berry of any third party apps and now im sitting at 22844196 bytes
