when im on the phone having a conversation, i hear a static then the phone shuts down. i have to plug up the charger to the phone to get it to turn back on. does anybody have anyidea y this is happening? thanks

Do you have insurance on the phone? If you do, I would ask for a new one.

Probably. If you feel up to it, you could wipe/reload the os.

yea i see it has a 4.2 os so im gonna try in upload the latest os. n see what happens thanks

I have os 4.5.xxx and mine is doing the exact same thing. It will not come back on till I pull out the battery over and over again. If you have T-mobile, I think they warranty them for 1 year if they do not I am dropping T-mobile. I spent too much money to have them not give me a new one.
