Whats going on? When I get incoming calls and msgs my phone doesnt light up, it stays off and just plays the ringtone. Anyone know what to do?

Did you try going to your profiles, down to "advance" highlight the profile your using then click the Menu button, then "edit" Then go to "Phone" "SMS text" or "MSM" and make sure the "repeat notification is on "LED Flashing" and not "None"

Wait... I read that wrong... That's only for the flashing led at the top of the phone, sorry...

sadly its the design of the phone the screen wont come on till you hit a key
just hit a key and it will come up
on calls however screen should display caller id

Right I know it will light up when u press a key...but when someone calls it doesnt light up at all. Just ring. And when I turn it on it will show the caller id.

your right having just received a call my caller id showed up once i hit the button
although once i slide it out of my holster it shows up as well so not such a big deal for me
