Guys my 8330 crashed keyboard dead..sprint center gave me a new one (happy face). Problem trying to setup email I go to sprint.blackberry.com and it gives me an option to add not access my bis account...do I need to do this from a pc?? My password keeper with info is not there until I get home to sync. I tried my email (I think) and password (whick is a BIS) but it asked me to enter settings. Am - out of luck til I get home? BTW had latest greatest 5.0 now back to 4.5.
Edit - think there is internet problems and my browsers stuck on bb agreement screen. Luck me I have crackberry launcher. Oh crap just saw I now have a 8330.!!! No more 5.0 for me.
