I have a few personalized ringtones set for people and they don't seem to be working. My phone just plays the default tone all the time. Is there anyway to get this working properly? I'm running 4.5.0.81 on an 8310 if that matters.

are you just using a rt or do u want it to work for txt also? if just rt go to profiles then advanced the check to see if the exceptions u hav made ( the idivid rts) are checked. if not they will all go 2 default

Oh, I didn't realize those little check boxes were for the ringtones. Got it now, hopefully it should work.
