I have a company owned Curve and they set up the work email for me. I set up my personal email (Verizon) and it worked fine the first day. Now - all my incoming personal email is showing up in my work Outlook Inbox as well as my personal Outlook inbox. Any setting I need to change?

When you say Outlook inbox, I assume that you mean on your PC. That sounds like an Outlook problem. I don't know anything you could change on your BlackBerry to affect that. On your PC, you could try deleting the personal inbox and setting it up again.

With my BES, IT Policy changes appear to be pushed overnight. Something like that may be happening with you, but I don't see how an IT Policy could cause what you're describing.
