My company sends me PDF files daily...I have been able to open the files in my emails with no problems until a few days ago. Now it says the file I am downloading cannot be viewed on my device. I have done nothing, and battery pulls do not fix the issue.....any ideas?

I am wondering the same thing. I know the phone dosent have a pdf reader on it unless you download one, but why can it be read from email, but as soon as that same file is downloaded it becomes unreadable?

yes, you are correct. If you view the pdf within your email, you are using the attachment service and it reads it., if you want to view pdfs after you download them, you must get a third party app: Docs to Go premium, Repligo or BeamReader.

Search these programs and you will see opinions on which to try or buy.

I cannot even read them in the emails anymore. I knew that if they are downloaded you can't read em but I could always read the email that is sent and if I need to file or keep it I just use the home computer. But Like I said, now I cannot even open it on the berry.
