Usually when I connect my Curve to my laptop thru the USB cable I can browse then media card to add items or remove them but when I tried to do it this evening and went to MY COMPUTER and REMOVABLE DRIVE G it says please insert a disk. I tried going thru DM's Roxio Media Manager and it says PLEASE INSERT MEDIA CARD BLACKBERRY NOT READY. If I disconnect my Curve I can go into media player or file manager and browse the media card without any problems! Any ideas?!
1. battery reset the device.
2. Remove and reseat the SD card in the device.
Did a battery pull and removed and reseated SD card and then powered it back up and connected to laptop and and it works!!!! Thanx so much, I wish I had thought of doing that!!
