My son was being "Junior Prankster" tonight and put a password on my BB that must be input correctly to use the device. Now, he can't remember the password. Is there a master password that can be used? We have tried 4 different ones and I don't know what happens when we run out of chances.

There's no master password. When you run out of attempts (typically 10), the device will prompt you to enter blackberry, and then it will wipe the device.

Hopefully, you have a recent backup. Sorry.
