    My boss has a curve 8310 from AT&T and it won't let her disable the password. Is there anyway to disable the password?

    is her phone thru a corporate server?? if so, the it department may have locked her being able to disable the password.

    Alex is correct. It is very common for BES connected devices to have a policy that requires a password.

    That is for the company's protection. A lost or stolen device is a security risk.

    There is no way around it.
