I previously had a Palm which was great. It contains all my contact information that is loaded on my laptop. Where is Blackberry's contact and calendar for the desktop? I would update my contact list on my desktop than upload to my Palm handheld. How do u do this with the 8310?

You can use Microsoft Outlook, or Google, or Yahoo.

There's no BlackBerry equivalent to the Palm Desktop software.
