Help!!

I'm new to this craze. I have an ATT Curve 8310 and use Outlook 2003/Exchange at work. When I reply to a work email from my Blackberry, the reply arrow in Outlook will appear at my PC at work. However, when I reply to an email message from my Outlook at work, the purple reply arrow in Outlook is missing. What am I doing wrong????

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!!

Try this...
on outlook go to help>disabled items.
Do you see anything there???

Yes - I checked there and nothing is disabled. Thank you for your suggestion though!

Ok, try this:

If the commands still work, but the icons are missing from the Standard
toolbar, right click a toolbar, select "Customize", Cilck the "Commands"
tab, click "Actions" in the "Categories" pane, scroll the "Commands" list
down near the bottom of the list until you see the "Reply", "Reply All", and
"Forward" commands, select one, then click and hold the left mouse buton to
drag it back to the "Standard" toolbar; do this for each missing command.

Thank you again. I apologize - my original question was not written well. My toolbar buttons in Outlook are fine. It is within the Inbox view of Outlook that I am having the issue. I cannot tell if a message has been previously replied to from my BB because of the missing purple reply arrow which is in the icon field within my Outlook inbox. I actually have to go to Sent Items and open the message to know if I replied.
