I am trying to read email messages on the blackberry. I think I have set everything up correctly, but when I went through everything it never asked if this a personal email account, so I went to the bis site and have an account set up. But, still no emails are coming through. I try going to the desktop software and nothing syncs and it says that I have no applications to sync.
You need to have BB service. Call your carrier and have them add it to your plan. then you will reset your phone and the Icon for email set up will appear. I had this problem when i first got my BB. I had to change my plan to BB service.
