I am a new blackberry owner and just purchased the 8330 from sprint. I have three email accounts on my microsoft outlook, I have set all three up with my blackberry 8330. I receive mail on all three accounts fine when my computer is closed, but when it is open (and outlook is running) the only account I do not receive my email to my blackberry is the default email acct (which is also the same default for my 8330.) Any insight?

You need to check the settings in your Outlook and be sure that the accounts are set to "Leave a copy of the message on the server".
