So I have a 4.3.127 OS and all of a sudden well at least I just started noticing it, the phone shuts down and reboots itself many times I notice I have to put in my sim password and find it weird but never realized that my phone shut down until tonight when the thing shut off in my hands while on messenger. Of course I realized it did this so many times before. What shall I do??

Usually this happens when your memory is low. Do you clean up your message folders frequently? Also do you clean your browser cache and history frequently?

A couple of other ways to free up memory is to close apps when not using them and press and hold left ALT and type L G L G and delete the Event Log and go to Options/Security Options/Memory Cleaning press menu and select clean now.

Did all that and still have 24mb and ***** shutting downs

You could try a wipe and reload the OS or upgrade the OS and see if that helps.
