    i can't upgrade my os of curve 8320.even i download software from bb.com and also i try tafter deleting vendor file but its only install on my pc but not start upgrading on phone when i connect it to pc.?

    Your original post is a little light on details. Are you using desktop manager? What error message are you getting?

    i haven't get any error i mean after installing device software at the last when it ask "do you want to run desktop manager now"noramlly when we start the desktop manger the installion on mobile start automatically after that.but in my case installation dosen't start on mob only desktop manager pop up and the end..

    Dont use desktop manager, use loader exe. Click the link in my sig for a complete walk through. Its all the same only the version numbers have changed.
