    Does anyone know if the 4.5 download will work on the Sprint Curve? I called Sprint and they said they do not support it yet and do not recommend downloading until they support it. Also, what are some of the differences between 4.3 and 4.5?

    The message on Blackberry's site said to ask your provider before downloading. If I try it and it will not work will it say so and halt the install or will it screw up my phone? the 4.3 version works with my phone from their site and there is only one flavor of 4.3 on Blackkberry's site. So i would think the 4.5 will work as well. I thought is was the BIS that had to be specific for the carrier.

    4.5 Desktop Manager w/ Media Manager was what I was talking about. It was released yesterday.

    DM 4.5 worked on my 8330 but I did not download it with Media Manager.

    Can you tell me the differences or benefits to 4.5 Desktop Manager since os is still 4.3? Media Manager is confusing to use but I want the new one anyways because I am going to get Blackberries web base training for it.

    I only used it real quick last night. The only thing I did notice was the user interface. To be honest, I'm not even going to bother updating it on my laptop.

    I hope os 4.5 has bigger differences between 4.3 than Desktop Manager

    I hope Sprint releases os 4.5 soon. Hopefully it will browse websites with HTML and stream audio and video from websites. My phone already does vids so no difference there. Or do we have to wait for 4.6 for that?
