Hello!

trying to install 4.5 on my Telus BB8330, and I got a screen "Downloaded Modules 196 of 254" and its been sitting their for about 10 minutes, progress bar hasnt moved, just stays on 196, and the BB screen just says Connected to desktop.

Is it hanging or just "slow"?

Do not unplug from DM, give it more time, it can take anywhere from 30 - 45 minutes...

Its been about 40 minutes...still hanging on the same screens/status, what should I do?

Takes between 40 to an hour, also could take longer for all those modules you have, just be patient. A watched pot never boils.

Mine gets hung on that - and after 5 minutes, it crashes & says a fatal error has occurred.
How do I determine which version it's trying to download & install?
I believe I already have .77, so this must be .110?
I'm at work - maybe our firewall doesn't like the connection.

Does anyone know how to sync pics after installing 4.5? Media sync only does itunes right? Thank you.
