- I have a Verizon BlackBerry Curve 8330 / 4.3.0.127 on BES 4.x (sorry, latest updated 2 weeks ago, don't recall the minor version).
My BES admin has given the green light to upgrade my Curve to 4.5 but they aren't quite ready to fully support the process. Basically they will stand in the wings and cheer me on, using whatever happens to me for future upgrades.
I read a thread with a vague reference that the BlackBerry has to be re-activated with BES after the upgrade. Is it true? Anything special about that?

If you update on a DM (at home for example) that is not connected to it you will need to contact your IT department to issue you an new activation password to re-activate.12-26-08 11:01 AMLike 0
