I have just updated my documents to go on my phone and ever since i did that i can not get a picture message to come in, it says can not retrieve content pls try later, and i just got another blackberry this one is a brand new one from box which had 4.5.0.089 i believe and it had doc to go but it said there was a update for it so i updated it, and now the diff is i have excell on there
and now i can send pic mess but not recieve them, andy help would be greatly appreciated
Yep. Me too. It's not working right. If you go into the Alltel forum, there is a thread about it. Some people have gotten it to work correctly by changing the Application Permissions for DocsToGo to Deny for everything and then MMS works. Mine was working correctly for a while and then it stopped again.
