When i'm in Opera Mini, or most games, when I open the Options menu, it flashes on the screen super quick and disappears. Why is this happening? I can still use the options menu if i quickly get a glimpse of where the option is located that i'm looking for.... and then scroll that many times down and hope it's right.

It's most likely because of your theme. Try changing your theme and see if it is still doing it.
