    I have the 4.3 os version, when I went to download the opera mini it has a few to chose from ...4.0 or 4.1 ....can this also be downloaded OTA?

    it states when I try to download that the application is trying to access a low-level network connection....do i allow this or not? or does it matter?

    Yes, allow it. I havent found a way for it to be a permanent allow. It ask me that every time I run OM.

    I have not either. Although I do not use OM any more. If you are somewhat experienced with your device you should consider 4.5. IMO, it's as good as OM, and in ways, better. There is a guide in the "How-To" forum on how to upgrade.

    I think the app is unsigned and that's why you have to allow it every time it connects.
