    I have one email that won't delete. It has a check mark beside it. I have replied to the sender & it is actually off the server. It's just stuck on the Blackberry. Any ideas how I can get it deleted? I have already re-booted

    When you are in your email page:

    Menu>Search>Scroll down to SERVICES, change it to all services>Menu>Search and then you could look for the email then delete it.
