The reason is your looking at the Package Version: 4.5.0.152 instead of the
Applications: 4.5.0.110 which is what people go by when determining a new version.

It's about time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought I was going to be a old lady by thhe time AT&T released 4.5 for the 8310.
