    I need hlp guys I just up loaded the 4.5 to my curve. I am not getting the get images when I get and HTML email. Also I am still not getting HTML emails it still looks the same. I do have doc to go now, which is awsome. i have heard that I need to reload it but I'm not sure how to do that. when i connect my BB to the DM theres no new application to load.. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

    Scroll to the e-mail settings icon on your device and resend your service books. You can also log into the Verizon BIS website...

    I've done that numerous times and still no luck. I even did a battery pull out immediately after, still no luck. any suggestions?

    I always resend mine 2or 3 times after an update. I was advised to do this by a few friends...

    also try this go to options/advanced options/ host routing/ hit the menu button then register now
