So I go through all the steps to repairing a nuked blackberry. But when I get to add delete application window nothing shows. It states the the software cannot be found, contact my service provider?

    Any help with this?

    This is for a t-mobile curve 8320.

    Welcome to Crackberry.

Let's see if we can sort this out.

Look at the top of this forum to find the latest compatible OS for your phone and download it to your PC.

Uninstall any other Blackberry OSs that may be installed.

Install the one you just downloaded.

    Delete the Vendor.xml file in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader.

Make sure that you have v4.3 of Desktop Manager download Desktop Software v4.3 b25 without Media Manager (English).exe installed and connect you phone.

    Follow the prompts.

If this does not work, come back here.

If I understand correctly, you have completed the basic rebuild steps and are using Applications Loader to restore 3rd party applications.

Use the Add... button near the top. You can navigate to your applications installation directory and select the ALX file for inclusion.
