Could someone give me a checklist of what should be on my 8330 to receive messages, text and sms. The phone rings to alert me that there is a message but I can't find it.
If you have it set for separate folders you need to search for the sms/mms folder . It could be hidden or missing... Try a battery pull with device on. In apps screen , menu show all. If still no folder you might go into messages, menu, general, and change the folder setting to combined so all go to one folder. Then you can go back in and change to separate and you should have sms/mms, email folder, and messages..
you gotta do a battery pull and leave the batt out for 30 seconds and try to go to host routing table and register. The curve tend to have this problem. you should do a battery pull daily in the morning.
